Returns & Refunds
We are a small jewelry studio, all jewelry is handmade to order especially to you, because of this all sales are final. Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions about sizing, material, shipping or any other concern that you might have. We are here to help!
If you don’t know your ring size, we highly recommend that you visit a local jewelry shop and get an accurate ring measure. Usually, this is a complimentary service offered. Also, make sure to pay attention to our "ring sizing chart" available in our website. Contact us you have any questions!
If you received a defective item please contact us immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph. Each case will be analyzed individually. Defective items can be returned to us within 10 days after receipt. All necessary repairs will be made and you will receive your order within 2 weeks.
If you received a wrong order or a defective item we will be responsible for the shipping costs. You will be refunded for the shipping cost within 5 days after we receive and inspect the item. We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost shipments without insurance, so please insure your package for the value of the item being returned. Make sure to send your item with the sale invoice in the original package.
We are not responsible for wrong size items ordered by mistake. Although resizes services can be made in some pieces. Contact us within 10 days after delivery to disgust the options available. Costumer is responsible for resize fee and shipping costs both ways.

Jewelry care
All our pieces are made with solid gold or sterling silver and natural gemstones. Avoid exposure to harsh chemical like bleach, perfumes, solvents, sunscreen, etc. Do not expose your jewelry to high heat or rough hand work that may damage stones or the shape of your jewelry.
To clean your jewelry use only warm water, neutral soap and a gentle brush. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of your jewelry
Order Pick up
Free pick up is available in Kailua - Oahu (Hawaii) area ONLY. If you live in this area please contact us by email (contact@lihikaijewelry.com) or instagram (@lihikai.jewelry) to place your order.
Cancelations
All pieces are handmade to order, if you need to cancel please contact us by email within 3 hours after your order was placed. Once production begins orders cannot be cancelled.
